MEET THE INVENTOR
Captain Robert S. Duffy is a 21 year veteran of the Springfield, MA Fire Department. In those years, he was promoted up through the ranks and assigned to the busiest companies in the city.
He started on an engine then was promoted to Lt. and assigned to the rescue squad. He was then promoted to Captain and personally asked by the Commisioner to be the Captain of Training.
He was then assigned to a Ladder Company where he periodically acts as District Chief.
